Na ap\u00edku n\u00e1m nevzru\u0161en\u011b ozn\u00e1mili, \u017ee jde do prodeje, tak\u017ee kam (a kdy) d\u00e1l n\u00e1s to je\u0161t\u011b zavane je hv\u011bzd\u00e1ch. Ale co je nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, zjistili jsme, \u017ee pecka avok\u00e1da je jedl\u00e1 a zdrav\u00ed velmi prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e1!<br \/>\nZa\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 se tu n\u011bjak ochlazovat, tak to sme si teda nedomluvili. U\u017e tejden v kuse leje, oce\u00e1n m\u00e1 barvu jak kalu\u017e na poli a t\u0159e\u0161ni\u010dku tomu nasadil cykl\u00f3n Debbie, kdy\u017e na\u0161emu italsk\u00fdmu k\u00e1mo\u0161ovi Fillipovi vyplavil celoro\u010dn\u011b ob\u00fdvan\u00fd stan. Jestli mamka v p\u016flce dubna p\u0159ijede a bude tu \u0161karad\u011bjc ne\u017e v \u010cesku, tak to bude p\u011bkn\u011b trapn\u00fd. K tomu se navrch p\u0159id\u00e1 \u010derstv\u00fd ovoce, o\u0159echy, semena, kokosovej jogurt a nakonec se to cel\u00fd posype dom\u00e1c\u00ed granolou, kouskama kakaa a dal\u0161\u00edma bo\u017e\u00edma v\u011bcma dle vybran\u00e9 varianty. V\u017edy vegan, dairy free a samoz\u0159ejm\u011b i s mo\u017enost\u00ed gluten free. Dobr\u00fd, zdrav\u00fd. Za tehle v\u00e1l si v lep\u0161\u00edch putik\u00e1ch \u00fa\u010dtujou a\u017e 17 babek, nekup to!
